About

Since our establishment in 1970, both our organization and our influence have expanded rapidly. With more than 600 members now, up from the league's early 50 or so members, DOSA represents a wide range of viewpoints and life experiences. Our members have developed, guided and supported some of the most significant decisions throughout the years, starting with aiding students in obtaining admission and settling in Delhi to take part in a variety of festivals, among many other things.

Starting from the cheap rented hostel in North Campus to finally getting online Odia AECC classes started in Delhi University, we have come a long way. In the era of remoteness and ambiguity (during 1980s and 1990s) DOSA started off as a network of connectivity and never looked back. We confronted the crisis that COVID brought and made it our strength. For the first half of 2021, we operated virtually while we observed holidays, engaged in discussions and debates, and offered support to anyone in need. We subsequently transitioned to a physical approach and doggedly pursued the same objectives. In less than seven months after reopening of colleges, we've welcomed more than 100 new members, which has inspired us and raised the bar for what we can accomplish. We anticipate further activities that will be beneficial to us.

୧୯୭୦ ମସିହାରେ ରେ ସଂଗଠନର ପ୍ରତିଷ୍ଠା ପରଠାରୁ ଆମ ପ୍ରଭାବ ଅତି ତୀବ୍ର ଗତିରେ ବିସ୍ତାର ଲାଭ କରିଛି।  ପ୍ରଥମେ ୫୦ଜଣ ସଦସ୍ୟଙ୍କ ଠାରୁ ଆରମ୍ଭ ହୋଇଥିବା ଏହି ସଂଘର ସଦସ୍ୟ ସଂଖ୍ୟା ବର୍ତ୍ତମାନ ୬୦୦ ରୁ ଉର୍ଦ୍ଧ୍ବ । ଆଜି DOSA ସମସ୍ତ ସଦସ୍ୟଙ୍କ ବ୍ୟାପକ ଚିନ୍ତାଧାରା ଓ ଜୀବନାନୁଭବ ଦ୍ବାରା ସମୃଦ୍ଧ ଓ ଗର୍ବିତ। ଆମର ଅନେକ ଗୁରୁତ୍ତ୍ୱପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ପଦକ୍ଷେପରେ ଆମ୍ଭ ସାଥୀମାନଙ୍କ ଦୂରଦୃଷ୍ଟି ସମ୍ପନ୍ନ ଚିନ୍ତାଧାରାର ଗହନ ପ୍ରଭାବ ରହିଛି। ସେ ଛାତ୍ରଛାତ୍ରୀମାନଙ୍କୁ ବିଶ୍ବବିଦ୍ୟାଳୟରେ ନାମଲେଖାରେ ସହାୟତା କରିବା ହେଉ କିମ୍ବା ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ଦିଲ୍ଲୀରେ  ଥଇଥାନ କରାଇବା ପାଇଁ ସାହାଯ୍ୟ କରିବା, ଆମ୍ଭ ସଂଗଠନ ଏଥିରେ ସର୍ବଦା ଆଗରେ!!

ଛାତ୍ରଛାତ୍ରୀମାନଙ୍କୁ କମ୍ ମୂଲ୍ୟରେ ଛାତ୍ରାବାସ ଯୋଗାଇ ଦେବା ଠାରୁ ଆରମ୍ଭ କରି ଦିଲ୍ଲୀ ବିଶ୍ୱବିଦ୍ୟାଳୟରେ ଅନ୍ ଲାଇନ୍ AECC ଓଡ଼ିଆ କାଳାଂଶ ଆରମ୍ଭ କରିବା ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ DOSA ର ଯାତ୍ରା ଅନେକ ସଫଳତା ମଣ୍ଡନ କରିଛି। ୧୯୮୦ ଓ ୯୦ ଦଶକର ଯୋଗାଯୋଗ ର ସୀମିତ ସଂସାଧନ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ମଧ୍ୟ DOSA ନିଜକୁ ଯୋଗାଯୋଗ ର ଏକ ଅଦ୍ୱିତୀୟ ମାଧ୍ୟମ ରୂପେ ପ୍ରତିଷ୍ଠା କରିଥିଲା ଓ ତାପରେ ପଛକୁ ଫେରି କେବେ ଚାହିଁ ନାହିଁ ! ଆମେ କୋଭିଡ୍ - ୧୯ ମହାମାରୀ ର ସଫଳ ମୁକାବିଲା କଲୁ ଓ ଏହି ସମୟର ଶିକ୍ଷାଲାଭକୁ ସ୍ୱଶକ୍ତିରେ ପରିବର୍ତ୍ତନ କଲୁ। ୨୦୨୧ ମସିହାର ପ୍ରଥମ ଷଣ୍ମାସରେ ଆମେ ଆମର ସମସ୍ତ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟ ଅନ୍ ଲାଇନ୍ ଜାରି ରଖିଲୁ । ଆମେ ଅନ୍ ଲାଇନ୍ ରହି ମଧ୍ୟ ସମଉତ୍ସାହରେ ସମସ୍ତ ଛୁଟି ଦିନ ପାଳନ କରିବା ସହ  ବିଭିନ୍ନ ବିଷୟରେ ଆମ୍ଭ ବିସ୍ତୃତ ଆଲୋଚନାଚକ୍ର ଓ ଛାତ୍ରଛାତ୍ରୀମାନଙ୍କୁ ଯଥାସାଧ୍ୟ ସାହାଯ୍ୟ ଜାରି ରଖିଥିଲୁ। ପରବର୍ତ୍ତୀ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟାୟରେ ଅଫ୍ ଲାଇନ୍ ଶିକ୍ଷା ଦାନ ଆରମ୍ଭ ହେବାପରେ ଆମେ ଚିରାଚରିତ ଭାବେ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟ କରିବା ପ୍ରାରମ୍ଭ କଲୁ। ବିଶ୍ବବିଦ୍ୟାଳୟ ପୁନଃ ଖୋଲିବାର ୭ ମାସ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ଆମେ ୧୦୦ ରୁ ଉର୍ଦ୍ଧ୍ବ ନୂତନ ସଦସ୍ୟଙ୍କୁ ସ୍ବାଗତ କରିଛୁ, ଯେଉଁ ମାନେ ଆମ୍ଭ ପ୍ରେରଣାର ସ୍ରୋତ ଓ ଆମ୍ଭ ସଫଳତାର ମାନଦଣ୍ଡ। ଆମେ ଏହିପରି ଆମ୍ଭ ଜନହିତୈଷୀ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକୁ ଜାରି ରଖିବାକୁ ସଂକଳ୍ପବଦ୍ଧ।
